Terms of Service
Last updated: June 15, 2026
These terms cover your use of Jigsaw Addict, a co-op jigsaw puzzle game that runs as a Discord Activity and as a standalone web game. By launching or playing it, you agree to these terms.
The short version:
- The game is free, for entertainment, and provided "as is".
- You are responsible for any images you upload and for how you treat other players.
- When you play inside Discord, Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines also apply.
The service
Jigsaw Addict lets a group assemble a 3D jigsaw puzzle together in real time, using a built-in image, a public-domain artwork from the gallery, or an image a player uploads. You can play it in a Discord voice channel or in your web browser.
Accounts and access
To play inside Discord you need a Discord account and must meet Discord's minimum age requirements. You authorize the game to read basic profile information (user id, username, avatar) as described in our Privacy Policy. To play on the web you do not need an account; the server gives you a temporary guest id for the session.
Acceptable use
When using the game, you agree not to:
- Upload images that are illegal, infringe someone else's rights, or that you do not have permission to share with the other people in the room.
- Attempt to disrupt, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to the game, its server, or other players' sessions.
- Use the game in a way that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
Content you upload
If you upload an image to use as a puzzle, you keep ownership of it. You grant us permission to store and display it as needed to run that puzzle session for the people in your room. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to share it. We may remove uploaded content that violates these terms.
Availability and "as is" service
The game is provided free of charge, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, free of bugs, or that puzzle progress and stats will never be lost, for example because of server restarts, maintenance, or unexpected errors.
Data handling
What we store about your account and gameplay, and how you can request its deletion, is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Termination
You can stop using the game at any time by leaving the room or closing the browser tab. We may suspend or remove access for any user who violates these terms, and may change or discontinue the game at any time.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent allowed by applicable law.
