Jigsaw Addict is a co-op jigsaw puzzle game for Steam, the web, and Discord. If something is not working, you have a question, or you want your data removed, we are happy to help. We are a small studio and read every message.

Purchases and refunds

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. If you purchased on Steam, see Steam's refund policy and request the refund through Steam. If an in-game item or currency you paid for did not arrive, email us with your receipt or order details and we will make it right.

Your account and data

Signing in and linking your account (by email, Steam, or Discord) backs up your campaign progress and stats so they follow you across devices. Guest play on the web is saved only on that device.

Common questions

My progress did not carry over to another device.

Make sure you are signed in with the same account on both devices. Linking your email, Steam, or Discord account keeps your campaign progress and stats backed up; a web guest session is tied to a single device and browser.

I cannot join a friend's game.

Check that you are both on the latest version and using the same room link or code. Inside Discord, rooms are grouped by voice channel, so joining the same voice channel puts you in the same game.

No sound, or the game runs slowly.

Check the volume and mute controls in the in-game settings, refresh or restart the game, and make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. If it still happens, get in touch with your device details.
